The Auditory-Verbal Center is expanding the Auditory-Verbal Therapy department and looking to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellow with strong background in AV training, or an already certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist.
You’ll be a part of a team of 8 other fun, creative, and passionate AV Therapists who work together in helping deaf and hard of hearing children. Each therapist has their own large office and therapy room suite and we provide all the toys and materials needed for your therapy sessions. Therapists have the flexibility of working remotely part-time and the clinical team meets weekly via Zoom to collaborate together. No travel is required to client homes. Therapy sessions are 1-hour long and you manage your own schedule.
We are a leader in the field of both pediatric spoken language intervention services and adult auditory rehabilitation (post implantation) services in the state of Georgia. We also service the entire state through our established teletherapy model, founded in 2010. Depending on their situation, clients have the option of doing either Teletherapy or in-person sessions. We provide all equipment and materials needed for teletherapy.
